Shipping policy

Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking (Box Now - Domestic, ELTA Hellenic Post - EU, Overseas).

It is absolutely necessary to provide us with your telephone number, so that we may contact you if there are any problems or questions regarding your order.

We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

The customer is responsible for any customs fees, VAT or tax fees that may be charged in their country upon arrival of the package.
