1. Secretum does not bear responsibility for stolen or damaged items.

2. Our store does not issue refunds. If, by mistake, we send you the wrong item, please contact us so we can make the necessary arrangements.

3. We do not accept product returns, therefore, before purchasing an item, please make sure you are satisfied with your choice!

However, if you are not satisfied with a product you received, please feel free to contact us in order to find the best solution for your claim. All claim actions are valid within 10 days (for local orders) or 25 days (for international orders)  from the day of shipment.
